Do you want start climbing - Beginner climbing course this spring!

Telenor Climbing group is going to host a Beginner climbing course. There are 12 spots open. We are going to come back with dates to the ones signing up on the registration-link below

Cost: 1600kr

For Telenor climbing group members, the Telenor Climbing group will sponsor 50%, so you only need to pay 800kr

We will cover:
- the harness, how to put it on and how to check for wear and tear,
- the rope, how to coil it, and how to check it for damage
- plain, assisted, and mechanical brakes
- some info about the carabiners, and other info about the equipment that you will be using.
- self- and partner checks
- important info for tying in as a climber
- important info for tying in as belayer
- belaying
- basic lead climbing, and important things to look for as a belayer
- communication - before, under, and at the top of climb
